April 2: Dinosaurs and Reptiles
completed K-5th grade

Learn about reptiles and dinosaurs in a fun hands-on way. We will be making a Dinosaur craft to take home. There will be two live interactive animal shows where your child will learn about traits, characteristics, lifespan, habitat, diets, and more of some of our resident reptiles. Finally, we will be going outside on our trails to explore different habitats including ponds, woods, and open fields. This is the only day we will be highlighting reptiles.

Educational opportunities: live animal show, reptile identification, dinosaur identification, archaeology, palaeontology, habitats, and observational study.
