    Mountain Music Festival

    The first annual Mountain Music Festival at Tanglewood!  

     

    Celebrate the natural and cultural heritage of Elmira! We will have historical re-enactors, storytellers, fiddlers, and a variety of arts and crafts that make up Chemung County's history. This is a family friendly autumn celebration. 


    Members: $10 per family/ $2 per child/ $4 per adult
    Non-members: $15 per family/ $4 per child/ $6 per adult

    Tangle with Zombies 5K Run

    Saturday, October 25th
    10:00 am


    Registration is $15 if you register before October 21st and $20 thereafter.

    Join us for the 3rd Annual Tangle with Zombies 5K, Saturday, October 25th, 2014 at 10:00AM.


    How does it work? Each runner will register as either a Zombie or a Survivor.


    The Survivors - The survivors will be running a 5K run (if you run only one loop, you cannot qualify as a survivor), must be 14 years of age or older, will try to finish the race with some life left, and willing to abide by the rules of the run.


    The Zombies - Are encouraged to disguise themselves (as zombies), are required to be 18 years of age or older and willing to abide by the rules of the run.


    All proceeds from this event go to Tanglewood and the Elmira College Chemistry Club.

    Haunted Happenings
    October 25, 2014
    11am-3pm

    Hay wagon rides, free games, chili cook offs, pumpkin painting, apple launching with live pumpkin targets, and the infamous hunt for the golden gourd. Storytelling and guided hikes.
    Admission is free.
    Tickets for food and select activities can be purchased at the door.
