Party Like an Animal at Tanglewood
Party Includes
2 hours in the auditorium, library, or pavilion with tables and chairs. Our staff will provide a 20-30 minute educational program with 3 animals of your choice or a guided hike.
Booking Information
Membership must be active on the date of the party. Full payment is required within 10 days of scheduling the party. Registration is confirmed up payment. 50% of party fees are refundable in cancellation occurs at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled party, no refunds thereafter. Membership fees are nonrefundable.
Birthday Party Availability
Saturdays only - Saturday bookings tend to fill up quickly, so please book well in advance.

Birthday Party Guidelines
Privacy & Nature Center Access
Siblings who are not guests of your party, as well as parents who do not wish to remain for the duration of the party, may tour our grounds or visit our live animal museum. All children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting other areas of the TNC.
Supplies & Decoration
We provide and set up tables and chairs, and ask that you provide all party supplies (food, drinks, tablecloths, plates, cups, and silverware, as needed). Due to the presence of animals at the TNC we request that balloons and confetti not be used. Food must be prepared in advance, or may be delivered. There is no cooking on site. A refrigerator/ freezer is available for your convenience.
Set-Up and Clean-Up
On the day of your party you may come in to set up 20 in advance and will have about 20 minutes to clean up. We often schedule more than one party or other program in the same day and it is important that you end your party on time.
Facility Rentals
Do you have a workshop, meeting, family reunion, office party, or wedding coming up? With beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, Tanglewood Nature Center & Museum offers a one-of-a-kind setting for your gathering. You can rent one room, a pavilion, or the entire facility.
