    ....Orion is a great place to start!! You have Beetlegeuse the super red giant.....Rigel.....jump to Sirius our brightest star....there's so much in Orion to keep you going or get you started! The Great Orion Nebula or M42....the "middle fuzzy star" hanging down from Orion's belt is breathtaking even in small binoculars!!
    For fun....even putting your digital camera up to the eyepiece of a telescope can get good photo's!!
    I hope it's clear tonight....I'll get out my telescope!!

    I am partial to Pleiades- the Seven Sisters. Mostly because they are like me and my sisters (there are 7 of us), close, but a few of us are dim. ;)
